Become a Vendor
Red, White & Bulls welcomes a limited number of vendors to participate in our annual rodeo and concert event. This event draws a large, engaged audience and provides vendors with an opportunity to showcase their products while supporting wounded veterans and first responders.
To ensure variety for attendees, only one vendor per product category will be accepted.
SPACE OPTIONS
The following vendor spaces are available for the March 28 event:
10 ft × 10 ft Booth — $100
20 ft × 10 ft Booth — $150
Food Truck — $150
Each vendor will receive two general admission wristbands/passes.
Additional workers must purchase a ticket at the gate.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Setup & Access
Vendors must be fully set up inside the gate by noon on event day. The gate will be locked from noon until 4:00 PM.
Setup is available:
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – noon
Vendors may set up, leave, and return prior to noon.
Entry & Passes
Vendor spots will be marked with tape and labeled with booth
names. Some vendor passes will be delivered in advance; remaining
passes will be available at the general admission gate.
After 4:00 PM, vehicles may only use the VIP entrance if all
occupants have a vendor pass, VIP pass, or are age 5 or under.
All vendor passes must be returned at the end of the event.
During & After the Event
Gates open to the public at 4:00 PM.
Vendors may close at any time, or remain open
through the concert (approximately 11:30 PM).
Vendors may leave items overnight and return
Sunday morning (before noon) to pack up.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including tables
and chairs. No equipment will be provided on site.
WiFi will be available; access details will be sent with the
vendor layout email on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
